We arrived in the evening and hotel was practically full, so they offered the couple of friends and me two suites superior to the rooms we had booked and at the same price. Nice touch from the hotel, thanks. spacious rooms and bathroom, all exterior, with three balconies, one in the living room, another in the bathroom (with jacuzzi, large mirror across the width of one of its walls and a stone countertop across the width with two basins, all kinds of amenities, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, bidet, etc. another one in the room, was very clean and quiet. Big wardrobe, comfortable bed, super big, 2mx2m TV, etc. Parquet floors, classic wooden furniture. two and three seat sofas, round wooden table too, huge sideboard and a desk with everything you need, another TV. It is 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor and shopping and restaurant area. area is very quiet, day we stayed it was raining and that helped that there was almost nobody in the area, coming to think that it was at the outskirts of the city, we were wrong, it is really close to everything. I invite you to visit the Don Quixote Museum and Cervantine Library, is very close to the hotel and you can go for a walk, it is worth it and besides its entrance is free.
Nothing, everything is perfect.

quadruple room was very spacious (we also had a cradle, there was enough space for the little ones to love each other and play a little). location, 10 min walk from the center, next to the Gasset park, Location. menu of the cafeteria is very rich.
That we weren't informed that the pool was closed. We chose the hotel mainly for that, so that the children could bathe, but that week they had a breakdown and it was closed. We were also told that when the weather changes from cold to hot or vice versa, it takes a while to acclimatize. So if you're traveling in changing weather, check it out. The heating wasn't working well either. It was hot on those days, but just as we arrived it was quite cold, and with a baby, we wanted to put the heating on a little. As it was air, the machines were not yet set up, and it was getting cold, not hot. Still, the staff was kind, and helped us as much as they could. The normal breakfast, with not much variety for a 4*.

hotel is very well located, you can walk to the main sites of the city. heated swimming pool with jets and free gymnasium are a plus that we loved, as well as the parking. room is spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom. quality-price ratio is very good. breakfast buffet is a bit small for 7 euros per person, it was quality and there was a bit of everything.
We were given two double beds even though we requested a double bed in the reservation. That the room card is not used to open the door of the gym and swimming pool being free and you have to go to the reception to get a card. temperature of the pool in the afternoon was too high, door was closed and it was much more than 40 degrees, stairs were burning. next day I returned in the morning and door was open so it was much better, at 28 degrees. The pillows were low.

The room was huge! (It could also be bigger than normal, because we asked for a cradle, but still very happy with the room). The breakfast, when seeing the ratings seemed that it was not very good, but it is, it has varied fruit, some hot (eggs and bacon), a lot of cold (sausages, empanada, omelet, cheese ..), pastries (some industrial, but there are also cakes, and pastries), to put a but, that the juice was not natural, but quite surprised with the breakfast. It is true that at rush hour you have to wait a little until there is a table free (so if you don't want to wait, then get up early!!). I can't comment on the pool, because we don't use it, but I think it has been repaired.
For putting a but, that the juice was not natural. It wouldn't hurt to have an infusion in the room. (I've been to lesser-known hotels that had it). The garage (at the beginning) is a bit "scary", it seems that the columns are moving to give your car ... but like everything, it is a matter of getting used, and being free (and with a lot of places) you can not ask for more.

It was good stay, I did not want to leave there and would love to return. The location was particularly good and excellent, at a moderate distance from Santa Maria de Prado Cathedral. There were the main shopping centre and shops around the hotel. The breakfast food was sensational, the staff were pleasant

The breakfast was sensational at 7:30. The location was perfect, close to the center of town, bars, restaurants, and cafes.

discretion and friendliness of the staff, hotel in general, free garage (and I reserve the right to comment on the opinions of some customers as to the difficulty of entering and leaving as I also have a large car, only recommend those customers who complain about the difficulties is to return to the driving school or buy smaller cars). We also liked how close it is to the centre and even closer to the Quixote Museum. I recommend a guided tour and a visit to the archaeological sites and nearby hermitage, are about eight kilometers away and which are well informed at the tourist office.
We didn't like that the sofa cushions in the room were dirty and so was one of the towels. I have to say that the damaged parquet floor is the furniture that contains the refrigerator and TV is on top of it, I recommend to future customers that instead of turning all the furniture to face the TV towards the bed, turn the TV ONLY, that solves two things, one, that you do not hurt yourself and two, that we do not damage the wooden floor and TV does not weigh anything. From the kitchen have to improve a lot both in quality and presentation, among other things you can not serve a vegetable sandwich with all the ingredients fresh from the refrigerator, was cold no, following, yes, wine we recommended................... excellent.

The hotel is perfect in terms of service, cleanliness. Meals are delicious and rooms are comfortable. I recommend this hotel to people who would lşke to visit Ciudad Real.
The only problem was that the hotel staff do not have a good command of English therefore it is sometimes hard to get answers to your questions about the city or place.

Comfortable king room with a card key that you just swipe to get in, a TV with lots of channels, and a handy desk. The room is modern and spacious, making it easy to get around, and the bathroom even has a cool jacuzzi 🛁.

A lot of the staff spoke english. Even if they did not speak english, they understood what you were trying to say. Very clean hotel, bathroom and rooms were immaculate. There was also a pillow list in the room which was very interesting! Free internet access in the reception lobby.

bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very nice and super clean. room was very large and quiet, at night you could not hear the noise of the street. staff was professional and very polite. position seemed ideal for going out at night but at the same time having peace of mind when resting. only problem was that the water in the shower was suddenly cold, it came back hot again, so we didn't even think about complaining. We found the place very romantic, it had a small balcony, we always like. Besides the parking (free), was one of the things that convinced us to book in this hotel and not in others, because it gave us the confidence to leave the car to the insurance at night in an unknown place. Thanks to the team of the hotel for the welcome, education and discretion. receptionist on duty advised us on places to go and tapas that we loved; I don't give a 10 just for the shower; otherwise I have very good memories.
